1. I am a new customer and I’m not sure how to place an order?
We have endeavoured to make our website as user friendly as possible and have pleasure in outlining below a step-by-step guide which hopefully will assist you in placing an order with us.
Browsing
On the home page we have listed a selection of products. You can select the item from either the top navigation menu, the product category image or the button below each product category.
Both GK and Danskin have separate shopping carts and when you click on either of their image buttons you will be taken to their secure websites. It is also possible to select their sites using the relevant image buttons that appear at the top of the sidebar on every page.
Narrow down your search
The drop down navigation menu at the top of each page allows you to narrow down your search. For example, you can narrow your search down to items by gender on the adidas drop-down menu, by brand (eg. Gibson, Reisport, US Glove) on the Handguards and Accessories drop-down menu and on the Shoes and Tights drop-down menu you can filter your search by discipline.
Finding out more about a product
Should you wish to have a closer look at any particular item, simply click on either the picture or the product title. To bring up a larger image, click once again on the picture and to close the picture, click on the cross in the top right corner above the image.
Your Shopping Basket
Once you are ready to purchase an item, select the size, colour (if relevant), quantity and then “Add to Cart”. Thereafter you can either “Continue Shopping” for further products or “Proceed to Checkout” to purchase the item(s) in your shopping cart.
The Checkout
At the checkout stage, you are required to enter all the necessary details to enable us to process and despatch the order i.e. name, address and credit card details. We can deliver your order to any address – however invoices will be billed to the cardholder’s address. Both Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Once this procedure has been completed, you should now “Submit Order”.
Confirm Your Order
The next screen will display all your details and will ask you to “Confirm your order”. Once confirmed, your order will be processed and despatched as quickly as possible. When we come to packing your order, should we discover that for any reason an item is not available, you will be advised of this immediately and your credit card will not be charged for this item.

3. How do I pay for my purchases?
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
4. How long do I have to return an item from the website and am I able to get a product exchanged or a refund?
It is our intention that you be delighted when you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand that you may wish to return items and should this be the case, product should be returned in original condition with all tags attached within 10 days of purchase with an accompanying note giving details for the return. 5. Is your website secure?
This site takes precautions to help maintain the privacy and security of your information. For example, you are required to enter a valid email address and password before any personal information can be displayed. This site encrypts the information transmitted between our server and your browser. Also if there is no activity on a page for an extended period of time, the site automatically logs you off. When that happens, you need to log on again using your email address and password.
To help us provide the best possible service, we may collect and maintain certain information regarding, for example, the products you purchase and your billing and delivery information. However, we protect and enforce the confidentiality of this information very strictly, and under no circumstances will we sell or rent it to other businesses or third parties. We respect your privacy and do all we can to honour the trust you place in us.
6. Can I have my order sent to a different delivery address?
Items can be despatched to any location – however to help prevent fraud, the invoice will be sent to the address of the card holder.

8. Are receipts sent with purchases?
Yes. All orders leaving the warehouse are accompanied by both an invoice and a credit card payment receipt.
